The Intermediate and Advanced Pistol courses are new and will be scheduled starting January 2018.

INTERMEDIATE PISTOL

you've met the legal requirements, now meet the survival requirements!

The Intermediate Pistol  class is an 8-hour proprietary class that picks up where the Michigan CPL class left off. Due to the less-than-desirable CPL training in Michigan, we developed this intermediate-level program to bridge the gap and offer the CPL user those important skills that are sadly missing from the popular CPL courses in Michigan.

Our intermediate pistol course will challenge your skill and increase your ability to defend yourself should the unthinkable happen.

The Intermediate Pistol course includes:

• Complete and updated legal lecture focusing specifically on the Self Defense Act of Michigan

• Holster work - mechanics of drawing from the holster; drawing

from concealment; modes of carry, working from IWB, OWB, Appendix Carry, SAFE carry options for women

• Emergency Action Drills (tap/rack, malfunction clearing under stress - if you can't complete these drills under stress, then you won't be able to complete them in a real fight

• Proper application of the Weaver, Chapman, & Isosceles stances, and when to use them

• Reloading under stress

• Cover Drills

• Scenario & Stress Drills

• 60-rd final qualification shoot (you must pass the final qualification shoot to receive a certificate. Certificates are earned, not given away. You will have two attempts).

Upon completion of this course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion from Critical Defense Training Company.
